A YEAR OF WORRY-FREE JOURNEYS
Within the first year of ownership, if your TUMI product is functionally or structurally compromised or defective due to manufacturing, workmanship, wear and tear (excluding aesthetical damage), TUMI will cover all repair expenses, including shipping cost to and from our repair facility. We even cover damages caused by airline or other transit mishandling.
Your Limited Warranty coverage begins on the date of in-store purchase or date of delivery and is valid on purchases from an authorized TUMI store, dealer or TUMI.com.
FIND YOUR COVERAGE
After one year, TUMI still protects your product from functional and structural failure due to manufacturing defects, workmanship issues and wear and tear damage (excluding aesthetical damage). The length of your warranty depends on the item.
